Xanadu by Douglas Carter Beane, Jeff Lynne and John Farrar

A discouraged young artist is visited by a muse to help him achieve his dream of opening a roller disco.  Problems develop when his muse falls in love with him which is strictly forbidden. Find out what Xanadu means and how this happily resolves.
