The Cedar Park High School Theatre Department’s 2022-23 Season is finally here; featuring two musicals (Big Fish & Xanadu), two plays (Blithe Spirit & The Children’s Hour - our UIL One Act Play competition entry), our annual Haunted House, a dinner theatre show (The Game’s Afoot), and several performances by our Improv troupe - PNG.
The CPHS Theatre Booster Club is excited to offer you an opportunity to sponsor the Theatre Department, a talented and ambitious group of student actors and technicians. It is our mission to give them every opportunity to practice, learn about and improve their craft, as well as receive recognition for their hard work from the Austin area Heller Awards for Young Artists, the University Interscholastic League - One Act Play competition, and the Texas Thespians Convention. During the 2021-22 Season, our department received six Heller Award nominations and won the first round of the UIL One Act Play competition.
Your generous, tax deductible donation will help:
• Cover expenses for all performances: including royalties, costumes, set building materials, music and props.
• Purchase and/or rent equipment, such as sound and lighting, for our shows.
• Fund travel costs for our students to travel to the Thespian Convention, the Heller Awards, and the UIL One Act Play competition venues.
Sponsorship can be designated to be used for specific productions or to the general Theatre fund, which will be used to support ALL theatre events. If no category is selected, the funds will be applied to General Theatre.
Thank you in advance for your generous donation. 100% of your sponsorship funds will be used to support the Theatre program. We can’t wait to welcome and recognize you as a member of the CPHS Theatre Family!
Sincerely,
Chrissy Johnson & Heather Levinsky
