The Pack is Back! The CPHS Theatre Department 2021-22 Season is one of our most ambitious to date; featuring three musicals, three plays including our UIL One Act Play entry, our annual Haunted House, and a dinner theatre show.
The headline news for the upcoming year is our invitation to perform at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival in August 2022. We will be performing the drama Mrs. Packard before an international audience for 4 performances during the festival!!!
We are fortunate to have a talented and ambitious group of student actors and technical support. It is our goal to give them every opportunity to learn and improve their craft and receive recognition for their work from the Heller Awards for Young Artists, University Interscholastic League One Act Play competition, State Thespians and at the Fringe.
We are hoping to obtain significant financial support from our community for all these exciting plans! Your generous donations will help cover expenses for all performances including royalties, costumes, set materials, music, and props, purchase and/or rental of equipment such as sound and lighting for the Performing Arts Center, and assist with travel costs for our student thespians to travel to Scotland.
